XLeft / Right
Horizontal distance side-to-side from the antenna centre. Positive X is to the right, negative X is to the left. Measured in cm.
YUp / Down
Vertical distance above or below the antenna. Y = 0 means same height as the antenna. Not yet measured — all current data is at Y = 0.
ZIn Front
Distance straight ahead of the antenna — how far the tag is from the antenna face. Z = 0 is right at the antenna, increasing values move the tag further away.
Reading Field Coverage ShapeTHREE.JS · INTERACTIVE
Polygon traced from actual min/max X at each measured Z level — no approximation · Antenna at origin · Drag to rotate · Scroll to zoom
All measurements are taken at Y = 0 — the same height as the antenna. The shape shows horizontal coverage only. Vertical coverage can be found next.
Show
Shape boundary = max/min X at each measured Z level — exactly as in the data · Colored dots = actual positions of max X/Z reach · Lines = path from antenna to those points · "Wireframe" toggles the outline · All data in XZ plane (Y=0)
Reading Field Coverage Shape 3DTHREE.JS · INTERACTIVE
Data-driven 3D coverage shape — rectangular cross-sections from actual (X, Y, Z) measurements · Drag to rotate · Scroll to zoom
Show
Max X at each Z level is used as the radius — spun 360° to form a solid of revolution · X(red) Y(green) Z(blue) · Antenna (white dot) at origin · 12 dBm lobe is larger and shown slightly transparent so both are visible
